We need to include the cost of the project to know how the everything is going to cost on our field trip. Yes I have produced my product so that my friends can choose if I  did a good work on my Budget.

My estimate of the charter bus will be like $3.00 for each person. The cost of the hotels will be like $5.00 for each person on each room. The cost of restaurant will be $8.00 for each person.
